The Abbey Marina was opened in 1963 and is the only protected marina on Lake Geneva. The marina has 417 wet slips; the marina offers 6 transient slips for guests of the Abbey Resort. Each slip has electrical, dock box wireless internet access, and water located on all of the docks but not in each individual slip. The club house offers showers, restrooms, a lounge area with fireplace and large screen TV, an outdoor swimming pool, and vending machines for snacks and cold drinks. The marina is home to the Abbey Yacht Club which was formed in 1965 with over 75% of it’s members keeping a boat moored at the marina.
The Abbey Marina offers many amenities with the boat slips that include: Telephone/ Fax, Message Center, Private Dock Box, Discount at two local Resorts (Lodge at Geneva Ridge and the Abbey Resort), Mail, Weather Information, Waste Collection, Pump-out Service, Cable, Food Service, Water & Ice, Electrical, Fueling, Private Parking, & Security Service.

We do have 417 wet slips at our facility.
The harbor depth is six (6) feet on average.

We have in-season waver runner and trailer storage in the South Wall Lot that will hold up to 30 trailers. Please see the current rates tab.

We currently do not rent boats from our facility. However, Gordy’s Lakefront Marine (262.275.2163) does rent speed boats & Jerry’s Majestic Marine (262.275.5222) rents wave runners and pontoon boats.
The Harbor House is open 24 hours a day with card access during the season.

In case of an emergency we have a security service that is on from 9:00 pm – 7:00 am Daily. The Harbor House is staffed from 7:00 am – 9:00 pm Daily. If need be they will contact the Harbormaster.

Yes. People are allowed to live aboard their boats in season.
We do not offer new or used boat sales. We do have a binder located in the Harbor House for “Members” to post information.
We sell 89 octane fuel. Please contact the Harbormaster for Diesel Fuel.
No. We do not sell bait there are locations within walking distance for bait.
We do have pump-out facilities. The cost is $5.00. To get a pump-out please pull up to the gas pier and one of the attendants will take care of you from there.
The Fontana Beach is located right across the street please see the Harbormaster for beach passes.
Big Foot Beach located on the East end of the lake is a great anchoring spot to go swimming or relax and watch the beautiful Geneva Sunsets.
There are many great restaurants around the area. You can find out great restaurant information from any of the marina attendants.
There is a fixed bridge that you must go under to access the lake it is a one-way bridge controlled by traffic lights. The height is 12’6”.
